The Executive Board comprises the Mayor and two voting members appointed by each of the Constituent Authorities to make decisions on behalf of the Combined Authority area.
In addition to the voting members the Executive Board comprises Business and Skills Board representative members. The Business and Skills Board members are non-voting unless or until the Combined Authority determines to accord those members voting rights.
