The forward plan contains details of all forthcoming decisions of the Joint Committee and the Combined Authority’s Cabinet. Notice of Key Decisions will be published at least 28 days before the start of the period covered in the plan.

Some decisions are deemed as a key decision. This means a decision which is likely to -

  • result in the Joint Committee or Combined Authority incurring significant expenditure
  • making significant savings
  • having regard to the budget for the service or function to which the decision relates
  • be significant in terms of its effects on persons living or working in an area comprising 2 or more electoral wards or divisions in the area

The forward plan comprises the Notices of Key Decisions. This is due to be made by the Joint Committee. It will also be made by the Combined Authority when established. Notices are published at least 28 days before the making of a decision. It will be published on this website. They will be made available at the offices of Hull and East Yorkshire Councils. Exempt information need not be included in the forward plan. Confidential information cannot be included.
